Sometimes deep reflection, sitting quietly, and listening to your body can bring on all sorts of revelations. Like how doing new things can cause my anxiety to flair weeks in advance. Or how my nausea is not from too many sweets but my body trying to warn me against something.
We overlook so much as we try to make our way through life, especially when we have been in survival mode for far too long. But understanding ourselves better, the acknowledgment of what’s really going on is, in fact, the first step to healing.
In this video, I untangle the root cause of my fear of success by acknowledging my fear. This understanding of why I have been frozen will now push me to finally take some steps forward.
